Shipping policy

Items purchased will be shipped within 3 working days unless your have purchased an art print or framed art print which are all hand made to order and can take up to 5 working days to produce. Please keep this in mind when ordering. 

The length of time your item takes to arrive can depend on where you live so please take this into consideration when purchasing from abroad.

Lola design ltd cannot be held responsible for delays which are created after shipment and caused by postal services or customs but we will do our best to resolve any issues which arise.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred once the item arrives in the destination country. 

Non-EU customers – Import taxes, localised duties and handling charges
Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, as well as shipping and handling fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. You the customer are considered the ‘importer on record’ and as such must comply with all laws and regulations, including import duties and tax, levied by the Country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
