How to Return an Item
If you have goods you wish to return, please ensure we receive your parcel within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition they were supplied.
Please include a copy of your order or a note with your name, contact details and order number with your return to ensure a refund.
We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Cost of return is your responsibility.
Terms and conditions of Returns
All returned goods and their packaging must be in brand new pristine condition, suitable for re-sale to another customer. Damaged packaging will be accepted if the damage was the minimum amount necessary to open the package and inspect the goods or if the damage was caused in transit. If we send you wrong or faulty items, goods you never ordered, or you receive the goods in damaged condition, we will refund your order. If you have changed your mind about your order and wish to return your goods, you are responsible for returning the goods to us in resalable condition. Please include a copy of your order or a note with your name, contact details and order number with your return to ensure a refund.
If a returned item is lost in transit, you will need to make a claim against the carrier.
